Good luck India ;)

You can see such messages from time to time:
- follow traffic rules
- keep your city clean
- don't spit
And I guess India still needs time to respect those rules ;) Drivers don't respect any rule, but don't have so many accidents considering the risks they take, so kyo nahee?
However, about waste, well I must admit that even if France and Paris are not the cleanest places of the world, it's quite a shock. People are living in the streets, but they still don't feel the need to keep them clean (whereas it is the case in Vietnam, people take naps and eat on the streets, so they clean them all the time). And as soon as they finish a package of biscuits or a bottle of water, they just throw it away, anywhere, and sometimes 50 centimers far from a dustbin... For somebody who used to recycle every piece of paper she used, it's not easy to witness that, but I guess all those official signs are a prooth of change :)
About spitting, it's not only disgusting, it's also a way of spreading diseases quicker, and guys really make awful noises before spitting, and they don't mind if you are less than a meter away when they do it...
